Root-Cause Testing
Uncover the why behind your symptoms. I use advanced lab panels so we can make targeted, evidence-informed decisions that support your goals and address your symptoms.
In my practice, testing is used thoughtfully, not as a fishing expedition. There are two routes for how and why I test:
The results will directly change the treatment plan.
There is a clear symptom or risk factor that justifies testing.
All testing includes a 45-minute results interpretation appointment.

The DUTCH test uses dried urine samples collected over 24 hours to provide a detailed picture of your hormone health—including how your body is producing and metabolizing estrogen, progesterone, testosterone, DHEA, and cortisol throughout the day. It’s especially helpful for understanding adrenal function, sleep-wake patterns, and estrogen detox pathways. Some panels also include insights into key nutrients like B12 and glutathione, making it a powerful option for addressing fatigue, hormone imbalance, and stress-related concerns.
-
A comprehensive stool test that uses DNA analysis to assess the balance of bacteria, yeast, parasites, and viruses in your gut—along with markers of digestion, inflammation, and immune function. It’s especially useful for identifying root causes of bloating, irregular bowel movements, skin issues, fatigue, and chronic GI distress. This test helps pinpoint imbalances that might be driving symptoms and guides targeted, evidence-based interventions.

For the client using a GLP-1 medication, targeted lab testing can help monitor metabolic progress while also protecting nutrition status.
This is ideal for clients who want to make sure their nutrition plan is keeping up with the changes in appetite and intake that can happen on these medications.
-
For the client who has a known or suspected exposure history, environmental toxin testing can help clarify whether targeted follow-up is worth pursuing.
Relevant if you have concerns related to older homes, renovation projects, occupational exposures, mold or water-damaged buildings, or unexplained symptoms that have not been resolved through foundational care.
Testing is used selectively, with the goal of identifying practical next steps.

This test is ideal for clients who want a deeper, personalized understanding of how their genetics may influence nutrition, metabolism, inflammation, detoxification pathways, hormones, stress response, cardiovascular risk, and long-term health priorities.
This test analyzes 170 genes and may help inform nutrition, supplement, and lifestyle strategies based on your unique genetic blueprint. It is not diagnostic, but it can be a helpful tool for identifying patterns and prioritizing where to focus over time.

This may include testing for thyroid function, nutrient status, blood sugar regulation, iron status, hormones, gut health, cardiovascular risk, food reactions, or environmental exposures when clinically appropriate.
Schedule a free testing consult to discuss what may be warranted and whether additional testing would meaningfully inform your care.
Testing Process
Choose With Clarity
We start by identifying what’s most relevant to your health goals. The testing options I use are chosen to clarify—not complicate—your path forward.
Make It Make Sense
You'll never be handed results without a roadmap. I walk you through your lab data in plain language, connecting the science to your symptoms so we can focus on what actually matters..
Translate to Action
Data becomes direction. We use your results to build a plan that's doable, strategic, and aligned with your priorities.
Recalibrate
I translate results into action—adjusting protocols, fine-tuning supplements, and prioritizing what matters most to you. Testing provides the intel; together, we use it to make informed, meaningful changes.
